RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SabbiaDiLino.com will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for a refund within 14 days of the original delivery date.
*Please note that all items purchased on clearance are final.
*We do not accept returns on sale items or any items sold at a reduced-price including items purchased with a promotional code of more than 20%. These items are only eligible for a size exchange or store credit only. We do require at $15 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund price.
How do I make a Return/Exchange?
Domestic Orders

International Returns:

*If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at info@sabbiadilino.com with the corresponding item and list the style number/size you would like in exchange
The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Exchanges must be sent via Postal Service, FedEx, DHL or UPS.
Warranty void if any labels or seals are removed.
We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Info@sabbiadilino.com within 7 days of receipt.
You should expect to receive a refund for the cost of goods ONLY minus the restocking fee within ten business days from the date we receive the returned goods. Note that your refund amount includes the cost of goods at the time of purchase.
